In the inaugural MICHELIN Guide for the Philippines, Hapag was honored with One MICHELIN Star, and Aya by Hapag was recognized as MICHELIN Selected. This historic recognition highlights our alumni’s  vision, talent, and dedication to Filipino cuisine.
