Four students from La Salle Green Hills Alternative Education—Mark Julius Villaraza (12A-ABM), Justin Rafael Mujar (12B-STEM), Ariella Jhenny Nacionales (12C-HUMSS), and Sophia Baribar (12E-ICT)—represented the school at the Filipino Youth Summit (FYS) 2026 at De La Salle University–Manila from July 16 to 18.

Organized by DLSU, the summit promotes youth involvement through dialogue, education, and civic engagement, with this year’s themes focusing on Cultural Engagement, Environmental Stewardship, Youth Empowerment, and Leadership in Action.

Through workshops and masterclasses, the students gained new perspectives and a deeper understanding of the social issues shaping Filipino society.
