Starting September 10, the Sports Program and Development Office (SPDO) will be providing basic sports training through synchronous and asynchronous activities in five sports – basketball, football, taekwondo, karatedo and volleyball – via the Athletic Reinforced Recreations and Online Wellness (ARROW) Program (https://bit.ly/LSGH-ARROWProgramFlyer). Now in its 2nd year, the program, which aims to encourage participation in sports, will be handled by a roster of highly competent LSGH coaches/program managers.
