La Salle Green Hills celebrates the success of eight grader Jude Kadmiel Cañaveral who bagged gold at the Hampton Court Fencing Club’s 3rd Winter Cup! The competition took place last January 18, 20206 in Hillsborough Village, Muntinlupa City.

Jude rose to the occasion, displaying the discipline, focus, and mental agility that fencing demands. Throughout the competition, Jude showed that to excel in the sport, one needs to be fast, smart, and excellent in managing distance – staying just out of reach of the opponent while staying near enough to close the gap when an opening presents itself.
