The Sports Program Development Office (SPDO) is currently holding enrollment for its Second Trimester offerings for the 2025–2026 school year.
Open to both LSGH students and non-LSGH students, the ARROW program, which started as an online wellness initiative in December 2020, offers a variety of training opportunities in the following sports:
