Calvin Uno T. Salavante (5B) has successfully represented the Philippines in the Global Mathematics Coding Competition (GMCC) held last December 19, 2020, winning a bronze medal in the Grade 5-6 category.
Sponsored by Taiwan, the global competition involves solving five advanced mathematics and logic questions within a three-hour time frame. The criteria for judging include accuracy (ability to solve the questions); skill (CPU space taken); and, efficiency (CPU execute time).
