Our sixth grader athlete, Juan Victorio A. Ongsiako, participated in the 1st Lents Taekwondo Worldwide Sports Online Poomsae Open Championship where around 800 players from over 63 countries took part, winning bronze (3rd place) in the Individual Kids Male and Team Male Under 17 divisions last September 20, 2020.
Participants in the event not only had another opportunity to showcase their skills; their participation helped support a humanitarian cause. Lents Taekwondo & Worldwide Sports Online, in cooperation with GCS International – Goodwill Cooperation Service and KWON, extended support via donation to the homeless children in Cambodia through the WT Cares project.
