There’s no stopping 10-year old, taekwondo player Juan Victorio A. Ongsiako, from joining local and international online taekwondo championships.
Our sixth grader saw action in two taekwondo competitions –the 2020 Smart/MVP Sports Foundation Online National Taekwondo Inter-School Poomsae Championship (July 25-26); and, the 1st Heroes Taekwondo Virtual International Championship 2020 (August 7-8) hosted by Thailand, scoring a 5th overall finish and a silver medal (2nd place), respectively. Putting in dozens of hours of training has certainly paid off for our young athlete. Animo La Salle!
