For SY 2020-2021, La Salle Green Hills has shifted to an integrated school set-up with programs for alternative education; launched its online learning program called FLETCH and adopted a co-educational set-up in senior high school. The shift to an integrated structure effectively put all academic units under the stewardship of one school principal to ensure an effective teaching/learning process from Nursery to Grade 12; a leaner organization; a cohesive curriculum; and, an inclusive education, with the senior high school welcoming female enrollees for the first time in more than sixty years. The Flexible Lasallian Education Through Technology and Collaboration at Home (FLETCH) allowed the adoption of two learning modalities: home-based online learning and blended learning in response to the pandemic. Programs for alternative education remain integral to the Lasallian brand of education, which include the following: Adult Night School (ANS), Alternative Learning System (ALS), Program for the Deaf Learners, and Technical-Vocational Education and Training (TVET).
