LSGH Alumnus Is 2015 Ten Outstanding Students Of The Philippines (TOSP) National Awardee

GREGG LOUISE TOLENTINO, LSGH Batch 2010, was recently awarded the Ten Outstanding Students of the Philippines (TOSP) National Award in a simple ceremony held at Malacañan Palace last July 30, 2015.

Gregg graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelor of Science in Applied Economics and Master of Science in Economics at De La Salle University (DLSU)

The TOSP is an awards program that was started 54 years ago by businessman and visionary, Mr Jose Concepcion, Jr, to search for Filipino youth that exemplify Jose Rizal’s youth being the hope of the fatherland. TOSP pays tribute to outstanding students who have shown academic excellence, outstanding leadership and a deep sense of social responsibility. Rigorous screenings that were conducted by schools nationwide produced 231 nominees. Further selection and nomination trimmed down the original number to 30 national finalists. From this batch were selected the ten national awardees for this year.

Mr Tolentino was given the distinction and honor to represent and deliver the batch response of the 30 national finalists.
